I was born and raised in St. Petersburg, FL and have been fishing our local Tampa Bay waters for over 40 years. I specialize in both inshore and nearshore fishing for a wide variety of saltwater species.
At a very young age I had the opportunity to fish with my parents quite a bit. My mom is originally from Cuba and loves to fish so I quickly started to get a passion for it while catching fish at piers or along seawalls. I mowed in the Summer so I could save enough money to purchase my first John Boat in my early teens and fished both freshwater ponds and backwaters areas catching bass to tarpon. As I grew older and upgraded by vessels, I took friends and family with me and really enjoyed when they would catch fish as well.
I now have been a licensed USCG fishing captain for 15 years and have had the opportunity to take lots of families on the water with memories that will last forever.
